Pleoh (plee-oh) was an equatorial island. It was never inhabited, due to storms and its inhospitable climate. In 399, the IU began dumping waste on the island, greatly damaging the limited flora and fauna. Storms in 406 resulted in this waste being dumped into the ocean, and pollutants began to spread to Nezuma.
